During the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 virtual pet applications on the iOS platform in Kenya showed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance.

My Talking Tom saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly revenue, peaking at around $13 in early September. Downloads experienced a general decline, dropping from about 193K at the end of June to 49K by the end of September. Active users also saw a gradual decrease from 3.3K to 3.1K over the quarter.

My Talking Angela maintained a relatively steady weekly revenue, averaging between $3 to $6. Downloads, however, showed a significant drop from 202K at the start of the quarter to 34K by the end. Active users decreased from 1.6K to 1.4K during the same period.
